Welcome to MR.TAXI Kannur (mrtaxikannur.in). By accessing our website, booking our vehicles, or utilizing our transport services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Service. Please read these terms carefully before scheduling any trip.

1. Scope of Service

MR.TAXI Kannur operates as an independent passenger transport service provider based in Kannur, Kerala. We offer direct point-to-point transfers, airport pick-up/drop-offs, event transportation, and local/outstation tourist rides in Kerala and adjacent regions. All services are subject to vehicle availability and driver assignments.

2. Bookings & Reservations

Bookings can be initiated online via our website contact forms, over direct phone calls, or through our WhatsApp reservation link (`+91 7510603060`).
A booking is considered confirmed only after our dispatch team sends a confirmation message (via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp) containing vehicle details and the driver's contact info.
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup points, landmark details, flight schedules (for airport transfers), and active contact numbers. We are not liable for delayed pickups resulting from incorrect information.

3. Pricing & Fares

All passenger transport fares are calculated based on distance (kilometers traveled), route type, time of day (day/night rates), and vehicle category.
Fares quoted are estimate values. The final fare is calculated based on the actual route taken and total mileage recorded.
Exclusions: Quoted fares exclude toll fees, parking fees, state entry permits (for interstate travel), and GST, unless explicitly specified in writing. These auxiliary charges must be settled by the customer.

4. Passenger Conduct & Rules

All passengers must wear seatbelts in compliance with the Motor Vehicles Act of India.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or use of illegal substances inside our vehicles is strictly prohibited. Drivers have the right to refuse service or terminate a trip immediately if passenger behavior is disruptive, abusive, or poses a safety hazard.
Passengers are solely responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. MR.TAXI Kannur is not liable for loss or damage to items left behind in vehicles. However, we will make reasonable efforts to return recovered property.
Any damage caused to the vehicle interior or exterior due to passenger negligence, vandalism, or sickness will be billed directly to the customer as a cleaning/repair charge.

5. Delays & Service Limitations

While we make every effort to ensure prompt service, MR.TAXI Kannur is not liable for delays, missed flights, or service failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure events), including but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, strikes, severe weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or natural disasters.

6. Limitation of Liability

The total liability of MR.TAXI Kannur for any claim arising out of our transport service, whether in contract, tort, or safety violation, is limited to a refund of the fare paid by the passenger for the specific trip in question.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal actions, disputes, or claims arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kannur, Kerala, India.

8. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be published immediately on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
